O’s Track Of The Week: EPMD – Da Joint

I completely forgot about last week’s track of the week, apologies if you were waiting for that!

Now I’ve been bumping a few EPMD joints (haha get it, joints? ha) here and there since I had Candi Bar by Keith Murray as my track of the week about a month ago.

Their discography is quite huge, so I just played the first two albums and nitpicked my way through the rest of their albums. Then I came across Da Joint.

The beat instantly hit me – I’ve been humming and whistling the beat for the past 2 weeks. I’m not surprised that this song is arguably their biggest song.

What’s good.

Yesterday, I was going through an old Facebook album dedicated to all of the major events that I’ve been to.

I haven’t updated the album for like 6 months, but I still kept note of all the events via Instagram.

In that, there were gaming events, gigs and football matches. But the majority of them were gigs.

I have tickets to see Action Bronson, Danny Brown and Pete Rock.
